Gambhir heaps praise on MS Dhoni's captaincy prowess

Mahendra Singh Dhoni is one of thr greatest captains of all time as he won every trophies for India. Former Indian top order batter Gautam Gambhir said, Dhoni is the most successful captain for India.

In a sports talk show in Star Sports, former Indian batter and Kolkata Knight Riders' mentor Gautam Gambhir stated:
"MS Dhoni is the most successful captain India will ever have, I don't think anyone can reach that level." - Gautam Gambhir via Star Sports.
The southpaw, Gambhir and Dhoni both played vital innings in the ICC men's Cricket World Cup in 2011 against Sri Lanka in the final, where Gambhir played a gutsy knock of 97, while the former skipper MS Dhoni made a glorious 91* run innings.
MS Dhoni won 2007 T20 world cup, 2011 Cricket world cup and 2014 ICC champions trophy in England for India as a captain and also led his franchise Chennai Super Kings to their 5 title winning campaigns in the Indian Premier League (IPL). And Gambhir has won IPL trophies for twice for KKR in 2012 and 2014 IPL seasons as captain.
And at present, Gambhir is the mentor of KKR and Dhoni stepped down from captaincy before the IPL 2024 season and Ruturaj Gaikwad took the rein of CSK.
