Two matches were washed out but England still win the series by 2-0.
Being asked to bat first, Pakistan had a flying start. Both Rizwan and Babar joined hands for a brief partnership together. Rizwan fell to Adil Rashid, while Jofra removed Babar for 36 off 22 balls. Usman Khan came with a lot aplomb and raced his way to 38 off just 21 deliveries.
After the departure of Usman Khan, Pakistan's middle order collapsed horribly and couldn’t make a solid comeback afterwards. Despite getting a flying start from the top three Pakistan accumulated just 157 on the board.
In reply, Phil Salt and Jos Buttler started rapidly as the opening stand gave 82 runs inside 6 overs which killed the chase inside the powerplay. Salt made 45 off just 24 deliveries before falling to Haris Rauf. While Buttler scored 39 off 21 balls.
The opening duo of England helped them chase down this middling total at ease.
