Chittagong Kings have posted a mammoth 194 on the board in the Final of BPL 2025. Parvez Hossain Emon's blitzkrieg 78 off just 49 balls and Khawaja Nafay's 66 off 44 balls helped them get to a massive total. Mohammad Ali bowled superbly to restrict the Kings inside 200 runs. The opening stand between Emon and Nafay was worth of a massive 121 runs, helping the Kings have a solid platform in the Final. Being inserted to bat first, Khawaja Nafay and Parvez Hossain Emon started off to a flier. Emon smashed two boundaries off Mayers to start the proceedings superbly and then in the next over he took on Tanvir Islam for two consecutive sixes and a boundary for a strong start. Chittagong Kings raced their way to 57 runs inside six overs only.
After the powerplay, Khawaja Nafay found his groove back and played the key supporting role with Emon as the duo pummelled Fortune Barishal bowlers at a bay. They forged a sensational 121-run opening stand off only 76 deliveries before the departure of Nafay after his fabulous 66 off 44 deliveries.
Emon then found hands in Graham Clark as the duo then kept the scoreboard ticking and the duo added 69 runs off 40 balls before Graham Clark was run-out after his 44 off 23 deliveries. Mohammad Ali bowled superbly in the last over to restrict Chittagong Kings inside 200 runs.
