England limited-overs manager Matthew Mott said Jos Buttler is dying to return from injury during his seven-game streak in Pakistan but they won't take any chances with the batsman so close to the Twenty20 World Cup.

Buttler never wanted to play in the first four T20Is in Karachi and even at 2-2 in the series he will not be considered for selection in Wednesday's fifth game, the first of three at Gaddafi Stadium.

The World Cup will take place in Australia from October 16th to November 13th.
"In terms of Jos (Buttler), he's gone for a while, he's not a player that we want to risk at this stage so close to the World Cup and it was a pretty serious injury he had," Mott told reporters .
"So, he's headed off for a game but we'll just try to see how we run and maybe in the last game or two we'll give him a chance."
The series is tied 2-2 with Lahore's fifth game scheduled for Wednesday.
