Australia have dethroned India from the top spot of WTC standings.
Australia have levelled the Border-Gavaskar Trophy by 1-1 after Travis Head's swashbuckling 140 and Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins fifer in first and second innings consecutively have helped Aussies bounced back from the disaster in Perth.
This is Australia's eighth day-night Test victory in Adelaide, making it eight out of eight at the Adelaide Oval. Overall, they have won 12 day-night Tests out of 13. The only Test they lost in the Pink ball clash was against West Indies at Gabba.
For Rohit Sharma, this was his fourth defeat on the trot as India's Test captain.
Australia have dethroned India from the top position of WTC standings and have firmly standing there with a point percentage of 60.71. While South Africa are currently on second position with 59.26 point percentage. India have slipped to No. 3 after this devastating defeat, and they now have a point percentage of 57.29.
