Australia become first team in cricket history to win all ICC titles
In the first World Test Championship cycle, 2019–21, Australia came up just short of qualifying for the final, but in the second edition, they clinched the title.

The Men in Yellow have won nine ICC titles till now. In 1987, 1999, 2003, 2007, and 2015, Australia triumphed in the ODI World Cup. In addition, they have won the ICC Champions Trophy in 2006 and 2009. Australia's efforts in the T20 format were unsuccessful since the inauguration T20 World Cup in 2007 but they won the T20 World Cup for the first time in the 2021 tournament in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In the first World Test Championship cycle, 2019–21, Australia came up just short of qualifying for the final, but in the second edition, they clinched the title. On Saturday, Pat Cummins-led team posted a mammoth 444-run target for India to chase. India had 280 runs to win with seven wickets remaining as play began on the final day.
Virat Kohli was out for 49 after adding only five runs to his overnight total as Australia quickly wiped out the Indian middle and lower-order to win the match in the first session of the day.
New Zealand were the winner of the first edition of the ICC World Test Championship last year. India were also the finalist at that time.
