The high-octane Test series between India and Bangladesh is set to be commenced from Thursday (September 19) in Chennai. Both the teams have locked their horns with WTC cycle at stake.

Mehidy Miraz removed Virat Kohli in a crucial juncture of the match at Mirpur in 2022.

Players to watch out for from Bangladesh :

1. Mehidy Hasan Miraz : he played alike the heirloom of Shakib and Bangladesh will be highly dependent on him.
2. Litton Das : He is currently the best Test batter of Bangladesh and has terrific records against India in all formats. The match up with Mohammad Siraj will be top notch.
3. Mushfiqur Rahim : His marathon 192 against Pakistan set the tone for Bangladesh. An experienced campaigner and he soaks the pressure delightfully.

Players to watch out for from India :

1. Virat Kohli : Unarguably the best batter of this generation. He was the highest run-getter in the final where India broke the 13-year international trophy drought against South Africa. His presence will be a threat for Bangladesh surely.
2. Ravichandran Ashwin : The scientist of modern day Cricket. His records in the subcontinent are enviable. Handling him and Jadeja will be the paramount challenge for Bangladeshi batters.
3. Jasprit Bumrah : The yorker master. His dreadful bowling along with economical spells will create immense pressure on Bangladesh and they certainly need to find a way to score runs against Bumrah and they also should search for a way not to settle him on the pitch.

Bangladesh are not favourites according to the cricketing pundits, while India are invincibles at home with incredible numbers since Virat Kohli's tenure and now Rohit Sharma leading India on top. But the courage and dedication they put from the last month surely they will ask India some tough questions.
